1. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store's dock area, including receiving, sorting, and organizing incoming merchandise.
2. Ensure all merchandise is properly labeled and tagged before being brought onto the sales floor.
3. Assist in unloading and loading shipments, and properly store merchandise in designated areas.
4. Maintain a safe and orderly dock area, following all safety protocols and regulations.
5. Perform general housekeeping duties throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking fitting rooms, restrooms, and other common areas.
6. Keep track of inventory levels and alert management of any discrepancies or low stock levels.
7. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
