1. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store's dock and housekeeping areas.
2. Ensure all areas are kept free of clutter and debris.
3. Regularly sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
4. Empty trash and recycling bins as needed.
5. Dust and wipe down surfaces, including shelves, displays, and furniture.
6. Stock and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
7. Respond promptly to spills or messes, ensuring they are cleaned and sanitized.
8. Assist with unloading and organizing shipments as they arrive.
9. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
10. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and hazard-free work area.
11. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with questions or concerns.
12. Follow company policies and procedures regarding housekeeping and safety.
13. Keep track of inventory and report any low or depleted supplies.
14. Communicate any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department.
15. Attend training sessions and team meetings as required.
16. Uphold the company's values and contribute to a positive work culture.
17. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers and coworkers.
18. Proactively identify and address any potential cleanliness or organization issues.
