2. Update and maintain inventory records
3. Monitor stock levels and identify opportunities for restocking
4. Research current fashion trends and suggest new styles for customers
5. Assist with pricing and product promotions
6. Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
7. Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth
8. Prepare and present reports to management
9. Provide excellent customer service to Dillard's customers
10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive operations
