  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store with a positive and friendly attitude.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with finding products, answering questions, and resolving any issues or concerns.
  3. Demonstrate a strong knowledge and understanding of the products and services offered at Dillard's.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  5. Maintain a neat and organized sales floor, including restocking and arranging merchandise.
  6. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and upselling products to customers.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide customers with accurate and helpful information.
  8. Process payments and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
  9. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment.
