  1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions.
  3. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point of sale system.
  4. Keep the sales floor and merchandise organized, clean, and presentable at all times.
  5. Assist with restocking, replenishing, and displaying merchandise on the sales floor.
  6. Collaborate with sales team to meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
  7. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
  8. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions and effectively communicate them to customers.
  10. Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization.
  11. Provide support to sales team with tasks such as completing markdowns, setting up displays, and assisting with special events.
  12. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance.
  13. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  14. Stay updated on product knowledge and trends to effectively assist customers.
  15. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Communication Skills: A Sales Support Associate At Dillard's Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills, Including The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Customers, Coworkers, And Management.

  • Customer Service Experience: This Position Requires A Candidate With Prior Customer Service Experience, As They Will Be Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis And Should Be Able To Handle Any Customer Inquiries Or Concerns.

  • Attention To Detail: A Sales Support Associate Must Be Detail-Oriented And Have The Ability To Accurately Process Transactions, Handle Paperwork, And Maintain Inventory Levels.
