- Schedule and confirm appointments with clients in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Perform a variety of salon services such as haircuts, styling, and coloring with precision and skill
- Educate clients on proper hair care and recommend products for at-home maintenance
- Maintain a clean and organized work station to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
- Stay up-to-date on current beauty trends and techniques through continued education and training
- Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure a positive and professional work environment
- Actively promote salon services and products to increase sales and revenue
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently

Cosmetology License: A Valid And Current Cosmetology License Is A Must-Have Qualification For A Salon Associate Job At Dillard's. This Ensures That The Candidate Has Received Proper Training And Has The Necessary Skills To Perform Salon Services.
Customer Service Experience: Dillard's Prides Itself On Providing Excellent Customer Service, And A Salon Associate Must Have Prior Experience In A Customer-Facing Role. This Includes Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, As Well As The Ability To Handle Customer Complaints And Inquiries.
