Store Maintenance Technician

Dillard's is looking for an enthusiastic Store Maintenance Technician to join our team and keep our stores running smoothly. We are looking for someone with a great work ethic who is willing to go the extra mile to ensure the store is in top condition. As our Store Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and structures of our retail stores, as well as diagnosing and repairing any technical problems. Required Qualifications: • High School Diploma or GED • Previous experience in store maintenance and/or general construction• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools, as well as basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time
