3. Develop a thorough understanding of Dillard's products, brands, and services in order to effectively assist customers and make recommendations.
4. Maintain a clean and organized store environment to uphold Dillard's high standards of presentation.
5. Assist in managing and motivating a team of sales associates to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales goals.
6. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
7. Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and customer service expectations.
8. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering merchandise to maintain appropriate stock levels.
9. Handle customer transactions, including cash, credit, and returns, accurately and efficiently.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including security, safety, and loss prevention measures.
11. Participate in store meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company initiatives and product knowledge.
12. Continuously strive to improve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
13. Represent Dillard's in a professional manner at all times and act as a brand ambassador.
14. Maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with team members and other departments.
