2. Work closely with the store management team to develop and implement strategies for driving sales and achieving store goals.
3. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, resolving any issues or concerns, and creating a positive shopping experience.
4. Help to train and develop sales associates in product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.
5. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving store performance.
6. Maintain a clean and organized store environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
7. Assist in scheduling and managing staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.

10. Support store management in administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and budget management.
11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and professional work environment.
12. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
13. Act as a role model for professionalism, teamwork, and exceptional customer service for all store associates.
