Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient and effective functioning of all departments.
  2. Drive sales and meet sales targets by implementing effective merchandising and marketing strategies.
  3. Create and maintain a positive shopping experience for customers by providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or complaints.
  4. Train, develop, and manage a team of sales associates to ensure they are knowledgeable and able to meet sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make strategic decisions to increase sales and profits.
  6. Maintain inventory levels and control costs to maximize profitability.
  7. Collaborate with corporate teams to implement new initiatives and promotions.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as federal and state regulations.
  9. Conduct regular store audits to ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to make strategic business decisions.
  11. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.
  12. Communicate effectively with store management and corporate teams to provide updates on store performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  13. Uphold and promote the brand image and values of Dillard's.
  14. Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
  15. Assist in recruiting and hiring new employees to maintain a strong and talented team.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Management Experience: A Successful Store Management Associate At Dillard's Should Have Prior Experience In Managing A Retail Store, Preferably In The Fashion Or Department Store Industry.
