- Ensure all employees adhere to company dress code and grooming standards.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Retail Management.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills.
Knowledge Of Inventory Management And Sales Forecasting.
Ability To Analyze Sales Data And Implement Strategies For Increasing Store Profitability.
