
Accounts Receivable Analyst
We’re searching for an experienced Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team at DocuSign. As a member of our Accounting team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing, accounts receivable and customer accounts management. You should be a detail-oriented, organized professional with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related role, and a firm understanding of accounting principles and processes. You should also be a self-starter with excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and timely billing, accounts receivable, and customer accounts.
- Apply accounting principles and processes to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication to customers.
- Handle a fast-paced environment with the ability to work autonomously and in a team.
- Monitor and address customer accounts, inquiries, and discrepancies.
- Prepare and analyze Accounts Receivable reports.
- Monitor and reconcile customer payments.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Follow established internal controls and procedures.
- Identify process improvement opportunities.
