Job Description

We’re searching for an experienced Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team at DocuSign. As a member of our Accounting team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing, accounts receivable and customer accounts management. You should be a detail-oriented, organized professional with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related role, and a firm understanding of accounting principles and processes. You should also be a self-starter with excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain accurate and timely billing, accounts receivable, and customer accounts.
  2. Apply accounting principles and processes to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  3. Provide excellent customer service and communication to customers.
  4. Handle a fast-paced environment with the ability to work autonomously and in a team.
  5. Monitor and address customer accounts, inquiries, and discrepancies.
  6. Prepare and analyze Accounts Receivable reports.
  7. Monitor and reconcile customer payments.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
  9. Follow established internal controls and procedures.
  10. Identify process improvement opportunities.
