- Continuously strive to deepen customer relationships through understanding their business objectives and providing strategic recommendations.

- Conduct training sessions and webinars to educate customers on the features and capabilities of DocuSign's products.
- Act as an advocate for customers within the company, providing feedback and insights to help improve the overall customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure customers are receiving the most innovative and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling and expanding customer partnerships.
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators, including customer satisfaction, retention, and product adoption metrics.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and progress using DocuSign's CRM system.
- Represent DocuSign in a professional and positive manner at all times, embodying the company's values and mission.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
2-3 Years Of Experience In A Customer Success Or Account Management Role, Preferably In The Technology Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Customer Satisfaction And Retention Goals.
Knowledge Of Customer Success Best Practices And The Ability To Develop And Implement Effective Customer Success Strategies.
