Job Description

The DocuSign HR Business Partner is a critical role that helps shape the success of our team. It requires a unique blend of human resources and business expertise, as well as an understanding of the critical impact of our people decisions on our business outcomes. We are looking for a dynamic, strategic and experienced HR professional who can contribute to the growth and development of our team and our company.The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a high growth, fast-paced environment. They should demonstrate an ability to think strategically, while being comfortable with tactical execution and working at a high level of detail. A successful candidate will have a proven track record of success driving positive change in a complex organization and be an effective, impactful communicator. This role requires an individual who is a natural relationship builder and collaborator, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.
