Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Recruitment, With A Focus On High-Volume Or Executive Level Roles.
Demonstrated Success In Implementing And Managing Recruitment Strategies, Including Sourcing And Attracting Top Talent.
Experience With Applicant Tracking Systems (Ats) And Strong Knowledge Of Recruiting Metrics And Analytics.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Hiring Managers And Candidates.
