Bachelor's Degree In Business, Human Resources, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Corporate Training, Preferably In The Real Estate Industry
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Engage And Motivate Diverse Audiences
Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies
Experience With Developing And Delivering Training Programs On Topics Such As Sales Techniques, Customer Service, And Company Policies And Procedures.
