  5. Negotiate and close deals with clients on behalf of Douglas Elliman.
  6. Keep up-to-date with the real estate market and trends to provide expert advice to clients.
  7. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth transactions.
  8. Manage and maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions.
  9. Attend networking events and build a strong personal brand within the real estate industry.
  10. Continuously seek out new business opportunities and proactively reach out to potential clients.
  11. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  12. Uphold the values and standards of Douglas Elliman in all interactions and transactions.
  13. Comply with all legal and ethical guidelines and regulations in the real estate industry.
  14. Attend regular training and professional development sessions to stay updated on industry practices and techniques.
  15. Achieve and exceed sales targets set by Douglas Elliman.

Job Qualifications
  • Active Real Estate License: Candidates For A Real Estate Agent Position At Douglas Elliman Must Possess An Active Real Estate License In The State Where They Will Be Working. This Ensures That The Agent Is Knowledgeable About Local Laws And Regulations And Is Able To Legally Represent Clients In Real Estate Transactions.
