  1. Conduct property showings and tours for potential tenants.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with property owners and landlords.
  3. Utilize knowledge of the local rental market to assist clients in finding suitable properties.
  4. Collaborate with other real estate agents and brokers to promote available properties and attract potential tenants.
  5. Respond to inquiries and provide information to potential tenants in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Conduct thorough background and credit checks on potential tenants.
  7. Prepare and review lease agreements and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
  8. Conduct move-in and move-out inspections with tenants.
  9. Address and resolve any tenant complaints or issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  10. Stay updated on market trends and changes in rental laws and regulations.
  11. Attend networking events and build relationships with potential clients and partners.
  12. Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction to promote client retention.
  13. Meet and exceed rental goals and targets set by the company.
  14. Assist in the marketing and advertising of available properties.
  15. Maintain accurate records of all rental transactions and client interactions.
