
Administrative Assistant Chaplain Services and Education
Duke University Health System is seeking an Administrative Assistant Chaplain Services and Education who will provide vital support to the Chaplain Services and Education team. Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Chaplain Services and Education team.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of administrative tasks including scheduling, filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Organize and maintain office records, filing systems, and other related administrative tasks.
- Manage the Chaplain Services and Education website, including content updates and maintenance.
- Assist with the coordination of meetings, events, and other activities related to the department.
- Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create documents, presentations, and other materials.
- Ensure compliance with all Duke University Health System policies and procedures.
- Manage the Chaplain Services and Education department budget and expense reports.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and those served.
