Job Qualifications
  • Board Certification: The Ideal Candidate Should Be Board Certified In Facial Plastic And Reconstructive Surgery By The American Board Of Otolaryngology, Head And Neck Surgery.

  • Extensive Clinical Experience: The Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Practice, With A Focus On Facial Plastic And Reconstructive Surgery. This Should Include Experience In Both Surgical And Non-Surgical Techniques.

  • Teaching And Training Experience: The Candidate Should Have A Demonstrated Ability To Effectively Teach And Mentor Medical Students, Residents, And Fellows In The Field Of Facial Plastic And Reconstructive Surgery.

  • Research Experience: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Track Record Of Research In Facial Plastic And Reconstructive Surgery, With Publications In Reputable Peer-Reviewed Journals.

  • Leadership Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills And Have The Ability To Collaborate With Other Faculty Members, As Well As Lead And Develop New Research Initiatives And Programs In The Field Of Facial Plastic And Reconstructive Surgery.
