- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the health center and ensure efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services.
- Manage and lead a team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and administrative staff.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Monitor and maintain the budget for the health center, including expenses, revenues, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with other departments within the university health system to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as insurance companies and healthcare providers, to enhance the quality of services provided.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to employees to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology to improve the delivery of services.
- Ensure the health center maintains a safe and healthy work environment for employees and patients.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the health center.
Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance, Including Hipaa And Joint Commission Standards.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Diverse Team.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Budget Management And Strategic Planning, With A Focus On Improving Efficiency And Quality Of Care.
