Responsibilities:

1. Manage and coordinate all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
2. Process payroll and administer employee benefits, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

8. Assist with the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
9. Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers.
10. Compile and analyze data related to employee engagement and satisfaction.
