
Human Resource Generalist
The Duke University Health System is seeking an experienced Human Resource Generalist to join our team. The Human Resource Generalist will be responsible for managing a variety of complex human resources functions, including recruitment, payroll, employee benefits, employee relations, and compliance. Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Process payroll and administer employee benefits, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and maintain positive employee relations, fostering a respectful and inclusive work environment.
- Assist with performance management, disciplinary action, and conflict resolution.
- Provide guidance and advice to employees and managers on a variety of human resource issues.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Remain up-to-date on industry best practices and trends.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Compile and analyze data related to employee engagement and satisfaction.
