
Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant
We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join the Duke University Health System team. As a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality healthcare to patients within the Duke University Health System. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, developing patient treatment plans, and providing patient education.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to patient care. You should also demonstrate a thorough knowledge of medical procedures and protocols, as well as a commitment to providing quality healthcare services.The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in a healthcare-related field and an active and unrestricted license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of North Carolina. We are also seeking an individual with at least one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting and experience in a hospital setting. Additionally, the ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
