- Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity when working with donor families and medical professionals.

- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the organ donation program.
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing, Healthcare Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Transplant Coordination Or Related Healthcare Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Organ Donation And Transplantation Process, Including Regulatory Requirements.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Work With Healthcare Professionals, Donor Families, And Transplant Recipients.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And High-Stress Environment, With Strong Organizational And Multitasking Skills.
