  1. Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  2. Register patients and accurately collect and enter all necessary demographic and insurance information.
  3. Schedule appointments for patients and assist with any necessary follow-up appointments.
  4. Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries and provide helpful and accurate information.
  5. Verify insurance coverage and communicate any potential issues or concerns to patients.
  6. Collect and process payments for services rendered and ensure accuracy of billing information.
  7. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
  8. Create and maintain patient records and ensure accuracy and completeness of all necessary documentation.
  9. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure smooth patient flow and timely service.
  10. Assist with any administrative tasks, such as filing, faxing, and scanning, as needed.
  11. Address and resolve any patient concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  12. Stay updated on all hospital policies and procedures, as well as changes in insurance and billing regulations.
  13. Participate in training and educational opportunities to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  14. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and patient care.
