Job Description

Duke University Health System is seeking an experienced and collaborative Population Health Care Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of population health strategies that align with our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare and must possess the ability to work with diverse stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of five years of experience in a healthcare-related field, such as healthcare management, public health, or health information management. You must also have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and be comfortable working with a variety of software systems. Additionally, you must have excellent communication and collaboration skills and be able to work autonomously and prioritize tasks. The successful candidate will be an innovative thinker and be a natural leader. You must be able to think critically and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment and have a strong commitment to excellence. Responsibilities:
