1. Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum for the Radiology Residency Program in accordance with the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) standards.
2. Provide leadership and mentorship to residents, ensuring their professional and personal growth and development.
3. Conduct regular evaluations of residents’ performance and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills and knowledge.
4. Work closely with faculty members and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality education and training for residents.

12. Lead and participate in research projects related to radiology education and contribute to the advancement of medical knowledge.
13. Collaborate with the program coordinator to ensure smooth operations of the residency program, including scheduling, evaluations, and administrative tasks.
14. Maintain regular communication with residents, faculty, and other stakeholders to address any concerns and provide updates on the residency program.
15. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the residency program and identify areas for improvement.
