Job Description

DXC Technology is seeking an outstanding individual to join our team as an Associate Customer Support - FINRA Series 6/7. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, have an aptitude for problem-solving, and possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual to join a progressive and innovative organization. The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment and will need to adhere to established guidelines and procedures.To be successful in this role, the candidate should have the following qualifications: FINRA Series 6/7 license, at least 2 years of experience working in a customer support role, a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service, and a strong understanding of financial services regulations. Additionally, the successful candidate should be able to work independently and be comfortable in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide outstanding customer service to clients, ensuring all inquiries and requests are handled in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Uphold FINRA Series 6/7 regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant financial services regulations.
  3. Proactively manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.
  4. Utilize problem-solving and analytical skills to identify possible solutions to customer inquiries or requests.
  5. Follow established guidelines and procedures to ensure customer expectations are met.
  6. Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and correspondence.
  7. Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  8. Work independently and be comfortable in a remote working environment.

Compensation

According to JobzMall, the average salary range for a Associate Customer Support - FINRA Series 6/7 is $40,000 to $60,000. This salary range is based on the experience of the individual and the location.
