
Associate Customer Support - FINRA Series 6/7
DXC Technology is seeking an outstanding individual to join our team as an Associate Customer Support - FINRA Series 6/7. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, have an aptitude for problem-solving, and possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment and will need to adhere to established guidelines and procedures.To be successful in this role, the candidate should have the following qualifications: FINRA Series 6/7 license, at least 2 years of experience working in a customer support role, a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service, and a strong understanding of financial services regulations. Additionally, the successful candidate should be able to work independently and be comfortable in a remote work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients, ensuring all inquiries and requests are handled in a timely and accurate manner.
- Uphold FINRA Series 6/7 regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant financial services regulations.
- Proactively manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.
- Utilize problem-solving and analytical skills to identify possible solutions to customer inquiries or requests.
- Follow established guidelines and procedures to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and correspondence.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work independently and be comfortable in a remote working environment.
Excellent Communication Skills
