  1. Design and develop software solutions using Natural programming language and Adabas database management system.
  2. Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other team members to understand client requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  3. Write efficient and well-structured code that meets industry standards and best practices.
  4. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software to ensure functionality and performance.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and advancements in Natural and Adabas to continuously improve development processes.
  6. Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed.
  7. Communicate project progress and any potential issues to project managers and stakeholders.
  8. Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely delivery.
  9. Follow company coding standards and guidelines to maintain consistency and quality in code.
  10. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  11. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and identify areas for improvement.
  12. Document code and maintain necessary documentation for future reference.
  13. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during development or production.
  14. Proactively identify and suggest solutions for potential risks and issues.
  15. Embrace a collaborative and team-oriented approach to achieve project goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience With Natural Programming Language: A Qualified Experienced Natural Developer Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With Natural Programming Language, Including Proficiency In Coding, Debugging, And Troubleshooting.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Adabas Database Management System: Adabas Is A Widely Used Database Management System In The Natural Programming Environment. A Qualified Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Adabas, Including Data Modeling, Query Optimization, And Performance Tuning.

  • Strong Understanding Of Natural Development Tools: An Experienced Natural Developer Should Be Well-Versed In The Various Development Tools Used In The Natural Environment, Such As Naturalone, Natural Engineer, And Natural Construct.

  • Familiarity With Mainframe Systems: Natural Programming Language Is Primarily Used In Mainframe Environments. Therefore, A Qualified Candidate Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Mainframe Systems And Be Comfortable Working With Mainframe Technologies.

  • Ability To Work In A Team Environment: As Part Of The Development Team, An Experienced Natural Developer Should Have Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills. They Should Be Able To Work Well With Other Team Members And Be Open To Sharing Knowledge And Learning From Others.
