- Manage and maintain the stability and performance of the Oracle SaaS environment.
- Configure system settings to meet the specific needs and requirements of clients.
- Monitor and troubleshoot any issues or incidents related to the Oracle SaaS environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new applications and updates.
- Develop and implement best practices for configuration management to optimize system performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle SaaS updates and releases, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Conduct regular audits of the environment to identify and address any potential risks or vulnerabilities.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Train and mentor team members on Oracle SaaS and configuration management best practices.
- Participate in meetings and discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on the environment.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance the overall performance and efficiency of the Oracle SaaS environment.
- Ensure compliance with security and privacy standards in all aspects of the role.
- Maintain proper documentation of system configurations and changes.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve any technical issues.
- Actively contribute to the company's mission of driving innovation and delivering exceptional results for clients.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Managing And Configuring Oracle Saas Environments.
Strong Understanding Of Oracle Saas Products And Services, Including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure And Oracle Cloud Applications.
Expertise In Implementing And Maintaining Cloud-Based Solutions, Including Experience With Configuration Management Tools Such As Ansible Or Puppet.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Manage Multiple Projects.
