Work safely with others in a team and promote a safe work environment. Work closely in a team of technicians who operate a wide variety of polymer processing operations. Reliably execute regular tasks including raw materials transfer, extrusion line setup, startup and control, sheeting line adjustment, sheet handling, instrumentation setup and calibration, sampling and sample analysis, data collection, other extrusion related duties and run/test report writing. Participate in mechanical installation and breakdown of various setups for routine lab processes. Quality Control testing of extruded sheet including data collection and data entry, Operation of SDC and SAP for raw materials and finished goods, equipment file organization, SAP data collection for maintenance. Proper recognition, record keeping and disposal techniques in lab quantity amounts for chemical hazardous wastes.
