  1. Develop and implement benefit programs: As a Benefits Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing employee benefit programs that meet the needs of our diverse workforce. This includes researching and analyzing industry trends, identifying cost-effective options, and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure the programs align with the company's goals and values.
  2. Manage benefit plans: You will oversee the day-to-day management of our benefit plans, including health, dental, vision, retirement, and other voluntary programs. This includes working with external vendors and internal teams to ensure timely enrollment, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  3. Communicate with employees: You will serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate information to help them make informed decisions. This may involve creating and delivering presentations, hosting informational sessions, and responding to individual questions and concerns.
  4. Conduct benefit analysis: As part of your responsibilities, you will regularly review and analyze our existing benefit programs to identify opportunities for improvement and cost-saving measures. This may involve conducting surveys and focus groups, analyzing data, and making recommendations to senior management.
  5. Ensure legal compliance: It will be your responsibility to stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations related to employee benefits, and ensure our benefit programs are in compliance. This may involve working with legal counsel, preparing reports and filings, and making recommendations for any necessary policy changes.
  6. Train and educate managers: You will play a key role in educating managers and supervisors on benefit programs and policies, including how to effectively communicate these to their teams. This may involve developing training materials, conducting workshops, and providing ongoing support to ensure consistent understanding and implementation.
  7. Manage budget and expenses: As a Benefits Manager, you will be accountable for managing the budget and expenses related to employee benefits. This may include negotiating with vendors, monitoring and reconciling invoices, and making recommendations for cost-saving measures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Benefits Administration, Preferably In A Large Organization.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Employee Benefits, Including Erisa, Cobra, And Aca.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Analyze Data And Make Data-Driven Decisions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Benefits Information To Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
