- Develop and implement benefit programs: As a Benefits Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing employee benefit programs that meet the needs of our diverse workforce. This includes researching and analyzing industry trends, identifying cost-effective options, and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure the programs align with the company's goals and values.
- Manage benefit plans: You will oversee the day-to-day management of our benefit plans, including health, dental, vision, retirement, and other voluntary programs. - Communicate with employees: You will serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate information to help them make informed decisions. - Train and educate managers: You will play a key role in educating managers and supervisors on benefit programs and policies, including how to effectively communicate these to their teams. - Stay current on industry trends:
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Benefits Administration, Preferably In A Large Organization.
Extensive Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Employee Benefits, Including Erisa, Cobra, And Aca.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Analyze Data And Make Data-Driven Decisions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Benefits Information To Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
