- Develop and optimize inkjet formulations for various printing technologies.
- Collaborate with research and development team members to identify areas for improvement and innovation in inkjet formulations.
- Conduct experiments and tests to evaluate and validate inkjet formulations.
- Analyze data and results to make recommendations for formulation improvements.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues with inkjet formulations and provide solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all formulation experiments and results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in inkjet technology to inform formulation development.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines when handling chemicals and conducting experiments.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure alignment and coordination in formulation development.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to inkjet formulation development.
- Assist in the scale-up and production of inkjet formulations for commercial use.
- Train and mentor junior team members on inkjet formulation techniques and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of inkjet formulations into final products.
- Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of inkjet formulation development.
- Contribute to the overall success of Eastman Kodak by actively participating in company initiatives and projects.
Bachelor's Degree In Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience Working With Inkjet Formulations And Chemicals.
Strong Understanding Of Inkjet Printing Technology And Its Applications.
Knowledge Of Polymer Chemistry And Additives Used In Inkjet Formulations.
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Troubleshoot Formulation And Chemical Issues.
