Printing Applications Specialist

In this role, the Printing Applications Specialist (PAS) is responsible for the Pre & Post Sales technical support associated with applicable Kodak CTP and conventional plate solutions and related equipment (i.e. platesetters, processing equipment, media and chemistry). Assist sales representative in communicating the advantages of our plate portfolio to current and prospective customers. Set the proper expectations and provide technical guidance to the Sales Force as well as Kodak customers throughout the sales cycle. Provide details to the regional installation team regarding the customer recommended solution, i.e. in advance of order approval and pre-site visits. Provides pre press and press room maintenance support through routine telephone and on-site visits, as available, to insure that solution is performing to specification; customer is maximizing the use of the solution and applicable consumables.
