  1. Learn and develop skills in the HVAC trade through hands-on training and instruction from experienced professionals.
  2. Work alongside a team of skilled trades workers to assist with HVAC installations, repairs, and maintenance.
  3. Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
  5. Attend and actively participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills.
  6. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and problem-solve any HVAC issues.
  7. Take direction and guidance from senior HVAC technicians to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
  8. Show a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Ged Is Typically Required To Become An Hvac Apprentice At Eastman Kodak. This Demonstrates A Basic Level Of Education And Knowledge That Is Necessary For The Job.

  • Physical Fitness: The Job Of An Hvac Apprentice Can Be Physically Demanding At Times, Requiring The Ability To Lift And Move Heavy Equipment And Work In Confined Spaces. Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Meet The Physical Demands Of The Job.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: A Skilled Trades Apprentice At Eastman Kodak Must Possess Strong Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Troubleshoot And Diagnose Issues With Hvac Systems. This Requires Critical Thinking, Attention To Detail, And The Ability To Work Independently.
