Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition Services, Dietetics, Hospitality or related field• 5+ years of experience in food and nutrition services• Knowledge of food and nutrition principles, nutrition assessment and therapeutic diets• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of staff• Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations• Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving skills• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software applications • Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement nutrition services programs that meet the dietary needs of patients and their families.
- Monitor and evaluate food and nutrition services operations to ensure they are compliant with applicable regulations.
- Manage and direct the activities of food and nutrition services staff.
- Ensure quality food and nutrition services are provided to patients, families, and staff in a safe and sanitary environment.
- Develop and implement nutrition education programs for patients, families, and staff.
- Develop and monitor budgets for food and nutrition services.
- Create and manage menus that meet the nutrition needs of patients.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of food and nutrition supplies.
- Create and maintain records and reports related to food and nutrition services.
- Work with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
