At Emory Healthcare, we are looking for a highly motivated, experienced, and friendly Athletic Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about helping others achieve their physical goals and have a positive attitude. The Athletic Trainer will provide support to athletes of all levels, from recreational to competitive, and must be able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training or a related field, have a current certification as an Athletic Trainer from the National Athletic Trainers’ Association Board of Certification (NATABOC) and maintain a valid state license. Other requirements include knowledge of current evidence-based practices in athletic training, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a strong commitment to safety and professional ethics. Candidates must also demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment and have excellent interpersonal skills.We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping others reach their health and fitness goals and who takes pride in providing quality care and support to athletes of all levels. Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based athletic training services to athletes of all levels.
- Create individualized treatment plans and rehabilitation programs for athletes.
- Monitor athletes' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate athletes and their families on injury prevention and health management.
- Participate in team meetings and consult with coaches, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of athletes' treatment plans and progress.
- Maintain current certification from the National Athletic Trainers' Association Board of Certification (NATABOC) and a valid state license.
- Adhere to safety protocols and professional ethics.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment.
