Bachelor's Degree In Health Information Management Or A Related Field.
Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist (Ccds) Or Certified Documentation Improvement Practitioner (Cdip) Certification.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Clinical Documentation Improvement Or Coding.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Icd-10 Coding Guidelines And Cms Documentation And Reporting Requirements.
Strong Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Documentation Discrepancies And Coding Errors.
