Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract and retain top talent in alignment with Emory Healthcare's mission and values.
Lead and manage the recruitment team to ensure a streamlined and efficient recruitment process.
Identify and utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans to meet those needs.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as professional organizations and educational institutions, to enhance recruitment efforts.
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Monitor and manage the recruitment budget, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of resources.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Foster a diverse and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and equity in all recruitment efforts.
Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their talent needs and build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Oversee the development and maintenance of recruitment materials and job postings to accurately represent Emory Healthcare's brand and culture.
Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract and retain diverse talent.
Act as a brand ambassador for Emory Healthcare, promoting the organization as an employer of choice.
