
Employee Relations Business Partner

- Serve as a key point of contact and resource for employees, managers, and HR colleagues regarding employee relations matters.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels, promoting trust, open communication, and a positive workplace culture.
- Advocate for employees by actively listening to their concerns and addressing issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Partner with HR colleagues to develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs that support a fair and inclusive work environment.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and best practices related to employee relations and proactively address any compliance issues.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Legal, Compliance, and Diversity and Inclusion, to ensure alignment on employee relations initiatives.
- Facilitate training and workshops for employees and managers on topics related to employee relations and workplace culture.
- Analyze data and trends to identify potential areas of improvement and develop strategies to enhance the overall employee experience.
- Serve as a role model for Emory Healthcare's values and promote a culture of respect, diversity, and inclusivity.
- Continuously seek feedback from employees and use it to inform and improve employee relations initiatives and processes.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee relations records and documentation.
- Collaborate with other Employee Relations Business Partners to share best practices and ensure consistency across the organization.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by leadership.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Employee Relations, Hr, Or Related Field
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field
Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations
