Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Executive Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources department.   1. Coordinate and manage the daily schedule of the HR team, including arranging meetings, conference calls, and appointments.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external HR inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses or redirecting as appropriate.
  3. Maintain and organize confidential HR files and records, ensuring they are up to date and easily accessible.
  4. Assist with the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate travel, and maintaining communication with applicants.
  5. Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and performance evaluations.
  6. Manage and track HR department budget and expenses, ensuring all expenditures are within budget and in compliance with company policies.
  7. Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees, including scheduling training sessions and completing necessary paperwork.
  8. Collaborate with HR team to plan and execute employee events and programs, such as wellness initiatives and employee recognition programs.
  9. Conduct research and gather data to support HR initiatives and projects, creating reports and presentations as needed.
  10. Act as a liaison between HR and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  11. Continuously stay up to date on HR processes, procedures, and best practices to provide support and assistance to the HR team and employees.
  12. Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns that may arise, escalating to HR management as needed.
  13. Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude when interacting with colleagues, patients, and external stakeholders.
  14. Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned by HR management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting

  • Strong Knowledge Of Human Resources Laws And Regulations, Including Fmla, Ada, And Eeoc

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With All Levels Of Employees And Management

  • Proficient In Microsoft Office And Hris Systems, With The Ability To Quickly Learn And Adapt To New Technology Platforms.
