
Instructional Design Specialist
Works with subject matter experts to design, develop and deploy e-learning courseware content for self-paced learning modules delivered electronically. Converts presentations and classroom based learning to e-Learning and blended learning formats. Performs quality testing on courseware distributed via the LMS. Works with end users to gather feedback and enhancement requests for e-Learning modules and the LMS. Provides first line support to end users of the LMS and web-based training modules. Implements training programs which support the Vision, Mission, and Values of Emory Healthcare. Supports other training to support ablended learning approach. Conducts all sessions in accordance with IACET guidelines for those requesting CEU's.
Three years experience in e-learning and blended learning development.
Seasoned experience with learning management systems is required.
Healthcare experience a plus.
