
Manager Human Resources
At Emory Healthcare, we are looking for an experienced and strategic Manager of Human Resources to join our team. This position requires an individual with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills as well as a proven track record of success in HR. The ideal candidate should have experience developing and managing talent, providing innovative HR solutions, and implementing best practices. In addition, the Manager of Human Resources should have a personal commitment to our mission of providing the highest quality of care to our patients and their families. The successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least five years of HR experience. This role requires strong interpersonal and leadership skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders. A comprehensive understanding of employment law, compensation, and benefits is also a must.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective Human Resources strategies and initiatives that align with Emory Healthcare’s mission and objectives
• Manage talent recruitment, retention, and development programs
• Implement best practices in all areas of Human Resources
• Develop and monitor performance evaluation systems
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws
• Oversee and manage employee relations and investigations
• Administer compensation and benefits plans
• Manage employee data and records
• Foster a positive and productive work environment
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees
• Partner with other departments to ensure consistency in HR practices
• Research and stay up to date on industry trends to remain competitive
