
Patient Access Engagement Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage patients in a polite, professional manner upon their arrival.
- Ensure a seamless patient experience by proactively addressing any potential issues or concerns.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with patients via phone, email, and in person.
- Collect, review, and process patient information accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist patients with any questions or concerns they may have regarding their care or services.
- Act as a liaison between patients and other departments within the organization.
- Maintain patient records, documents, and other necessary information in accordance with relevant regulations.
- Monitor and evaluate patient feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in patient access policies and procedures.
