Responsibilities:
- Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner and provide exceptional customer service.
- Accurately collect and verify patient information, including insurance and demographic information.
- Schedule appointments and register patients.
- Explain patient policies and procedures.
- Answer patient phone inquiries and provide support to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Follow up with patients regarding their appointments.
- Assist with payment processing and resolve any billing inquiries.
- Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain records and generate reports as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
