Responsibilities:

  1. Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner and provide exceptional customer service.
  2. Accurately collect and verify patient information, including insurance and demographic information.
  3. Schedule appointments and register patients.
  4. Explain patient policies and procedures.
  5. Answer patient phone inquiries and provide support to ensure a positive customer experience.
  6. Follow up with patients regarding their appointments.
  7. Assist with payment processing and resolve any billing inquiries.
  8. Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  9. Maintain records and generate reports as needed.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
