Pharmacist, PRN

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist, PRN to join the Emory Healthcare team! As a Pharmacist, PRN you will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical care to meet the needs of a diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, and be knowledgeable of pharmacy operations, laws, rules, and regulations. Qualifications: • Current licensure as a Pharmacist in the State of Georgia• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Pharmacist in a hospital or other health care setting• Working knowledge of laws, rules, and regulations governing pharmacy services• Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, preparation, and delivery• Excellent communication and customer service skills

6. Ensure compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations governing pharmacy services.
7. Maintain patient confidentiality.
8. Manage inventory of pharmaceutical supplies and medications.
9. Provide education to patients on proper use of medications.
10. Develop and implement patient-specific medication plans.
