Identify areas for process improvement within Emory Healthcare, utilizing data analysis and industry knowledge.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to develop and implement strategies for improving processes and increasing efficiency.
Conduct thorough research and gather necessary information to understand current processes and identify potential areas for improvement.
Utilize process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma, to analyze and streamline existing processes.
Communicate with various departments and teams to gather feedback and ensure successful implementation of process improvement initiatives.
Monitor and track the progress and effectiveness of implemented improvements, making necessary adjustments as needed.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation of processes, improvement plans, and outcomes.
Provide regular reports and updates on process improvement projects to management and stakeholders.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in process improvement to continuously enhance and evolve processes within Emory Healthcare.
Train and educate staff on new processes and procedures to ensure successful implementation and adoption.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Business, Healthcare Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Process Improvement, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Knowledge Of Lean Six Sigma Methodology And Tools.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
