  9. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in process improvement to continuously enhance and evolve processes within Emory Healthcare.
  10. Train and educate staff on new processes and procedures to ensure successful implementation and adoption.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Healthcare Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Process Improvement, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Knowledge Of Lean Six Sigma Methodology And Tools.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
