Registered Nurse, Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery

Responsibilities:

1. Provide personalized, patient-centered care to plastic and reconstructive surgery patients.
2. Follow all safety and infection control protocols.
3. Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
4. Monitor and document patient progress.
5. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
6. Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
7. Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
8. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and post-operative care instructions.
9. Participate in staff meetings and continuing education activities.
10. Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in plastic and reconstructive surgery.
