
Registered Nurse, Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
Emory Healthcare is looking for a skilled and motivated Registered Nurse to join our Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery team. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for providing personalized care for our patients and their families. If you are passionate about delivering the highest level of care and are looking for an opportunity to grow your career, we want to hear from you!Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia• At least 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting• Previous experience in plastic and reconstructive surgery preferred• Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment• Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized, patient-centered care to plastic and reconstructive surgery patients.
- Follow all safety and infection control protocols.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Monitor and document patient progress.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and post-operative care instructions.
- Participate in staff meetings and continuing education activities.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in plastic and reconstructive surgery.
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing
Current Rn License In The State Of Georgia
Excellent Interpersonal And Communication Skills
Licensed As A Registered Nurse
At Least Years Of Clinical Experience In Plastic And Reconstructive Surgery
Demonstrated Competency In Patient Assessment
Knowledge Of Relevant Medical Terminology And Procedures
Proficiency In Using Electronic Medical Records
