Revenue Cycle - Operations Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Revenue Cycle - Operations Manager to join the Emory Healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of revenue cycle operations, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to work collaboratively with our leadership team.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, as well as five or more years of experience in a revenue cycle operations role. You must be detail-oriented, organized, and have strong problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and anticipate future challenges. Responsibilities: -Develop and implement strategies to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness of the revenue cycle -Lead and manage revenue cycle operations team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful performance -Analyze current revenue cycle processes and identify areas for improvement -Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations -Evaluate new technologies and processes to streamline and optimize revenue cycle operations -Manage projects and initiatives related to revenue cycle operations, ensuring timely and successful completion -Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching to staff -Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders -Monitor and analyze revenue cycle operations metrics and report progress to senior leadership
