Completion Of Sterile Processing Certification Program: Candidates Should Have Completed A Sterile Processing Certification Program From An Accredited Institution. This Will Ensure That They Have A Basic Understanding Of Sterile Processing Techniques And Procedures.
Knowledge Of Sterile Processing Equipment: The Candidate Should Have A Basic Understanding Of The Different Types Of Sterile Processing Equipment Used In Healthcare Facilities. This Includes Autoclaves, Ultrasonic Cleaners, And Sterilization Wraps.
Excellent Attention To Detail: As A Sterile Processing Trainee, Attention To Detail Is Crucial. Candidates Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure That All Instruments And Equipment Are Properly Cleaned And Sterilized Before Use.
